3. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in a lawful, respectful, and non-infringing manner. You specifically agree not to:

• Post or share content that is hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable;
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations;
• Interfere with, damage, or disrupt the functionality or security of the App or its users.

Pools maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Users may not post or share any content that is offensive, threatening, abusive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.

Users who violate these terms may have their content removed and their account suspended or terminated without prior notice. We reserve the right to moderate content and take action to protect the safety and experience of all users.

4. Pools and Predictions

• Pools allows users to engage with interactive questions, polls, and predictions related to TV shows, pop culture, and entertainment.
• Participation is intended for fun and entertainment purposes only.
• We may modify or remove any content, feature, or interaction at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App—including but not limited to logos, trademarks, designs, text, software, interactive features, and all other content—is owned by Elizabeth Gaming Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, perform, display, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

We care about your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your expectations or requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pools and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including lost profits, data, or goodwill—arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the community. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved with Elizabeth Gaming Inc., the operator of Pools.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Insert State], except either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for issues related to intellectual property.
