Survivor: San Juan del Sur – Blood vs. Water, the 29th season of the CBS reality competition series, premiered on September 24, 2014. Returning to the Blood vs. Water theme introduced in Season 27, this season featured 18 new castaways competing in pairs with their loved ones.
